DALLAS, August 15, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Vertical Capital Income Fund (NYSE: VCIF) announced today that the Fund’s annual meeting of shareholders will be held on September 28, 2022at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Timeat 41 South High Street, 17e Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215.

Registered shareholders of the Fund as of the close of business on August 31, 2022 are entitled to be convened and to vote at the annual meeting of shareholders and at any adjournment thereof. Notice of the annual meeting of shareholders will be mailed to shareholders on or about September 122022. At the annual meeting of shareholders, shareholders of the Fund will be invited to re-elect one of the Trustees of the Fund and to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
